I need a chart for the analisys of our Quality Control Department. I want to know which and how manymachines after the QC, have encountered a problem. I know
IDTT;
Technician: The name of the technician
Type: The type of the ticket
QC alias Quality Control
External alias external technical assistance
Internal alias internal technical assistance
Product
S/N: The serial number
TimeH: How many hours has taken finish the CQ or the assistance
I want an avarage of the number of problem (External and Internal ) encountered on the machines selcted by the technician of the Quality control.
