Choose data implicitly

Hi All ,

I have a data set of test results from two different systems.

Each set has its own key in the datamodel. There are two fields in common in the composite key of these two data sets.

I need to build an app that shows data from one set according to implicitly chosen data from other set.

for example: key1 consist of a,b,c,d fields

and key2 consists of a,b,x,y,z fields

I choose field from first data set 'parameter' exists only in first data sets , implies data in a and b field

and I want to show data from second data set implied by the first selection.

But I dont get any results even thogh the data for these implied fields exists in the second data set.

I tried to use P() func and synthetic keys .

Would appreciate any help .

About the best I can give you is the following Help link to help guide you on the data model:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/April2020/Subsystems/Client/Content/QV_QlikView/LoadData/best-p...

Here is another link regarding app performance best practices:

You will like need to provide further information, sample data etc. in order for anyone to provide much more information on this post would be my hunch.

Regards,
Brett
