Clicking on button, should open the chart properties

Hi,

I need one functionality, that i will place a button in the dashboard.

Clicking on button, it should open the properties window of a particular chart.

how we can do this?

Hi,

Although this could to be achieved using macros, why just using the right click of the mouse on any object? Does that not working for you?

Hi Miguel Sir,

we are providing this properties window for the user to change the type of chart.

we will not allow them to see the properties of every object.

so on button click, i want the properties window should be opened.

Hi,

Then use the "fast change" icon in the chart properties, General, select for example both Pivot Table and Straight table, then a new icon will appear on the object menu bar that will allow the user to easily change between both types of charts.
