Column Count based on values in Qlikview

I have to show count of column based on values as below for a requirement, I am not sure how to achieve this. Experts, please help with the ideas.

Country - Column A                                Country - Column B

India                                                              Italy     

Ireland                                                          Indonesia 

Iceland                                                          Italy

Count of                                                    Count of Country COL B - 2

Country COL A - 3

I need to show the data as below in a straight table with count at the bottom. Count should be based on the values of the column. 

Please suggest with some ideas.
