Columns Shifting to End of Straight Table

Hello,

I am working with a Straight Table Chart in QV 10.  I have many columns (some dimension and some expressions) that are conditionally displayed based on a selection from a list box.  In some cases the dimensions (some conditionally displayed and others that display all the time) shift to the end of the report.

Can you give me some direction as to what could be happening?

Thanks.

Hi

Could you show them all then reorder and then hide conditionaly again.

There was a bug in previous QV versions and it could be it is there yet.

Cheers

Darius

After looking at it again, it appears that the columns that are shifting to the end are all dimensions.  They are shifting to appear after the expressions when they should be appearing before them.

Any help is appreaciated!

Is there a limit to the number of Dimensions that a straight table will display before the expressions. I found in one case that when an additional dimension column is displayed it shifts the dimension that is supposed to be just before the dimensions to the end.

Every report has at least 6 dimensions and 6 expressions.  Then, depending on the selection from the list box, additional columns will be displayed.  It seems that only the dimensions are causing issues.

Note, I can try to unhide and reorder but I have so many conditional columns that I would rather understand why it is doing what it is doing first.

Thanks.

This was a very tedius and time-consuming solution, but it does seem to have worked. THANKS!
