Combo Chart Help

I have a combo chart that I want to use to display the average time it takes for a specific area to do a specfic action.

I have everything in place, but I now need to add a "target" line that will cut through the bar chart to show which area overshot the target set by management.

Everytime I add the "line" expression that is supposed to show the target, I get what is depicted in the image attached. The top image shows how I'd like it, the bottom image is what I get when I have the line going through it.

The line also seems to dissappear when I drill down into 1 month.

Any help would be appreciated.

I selected "Stock" instead of "Line" on the expression that contains the target and it worked!
