Hi: I have the following data:
Fase | Time | Acum |
---|---|---|
Fase1 | 05:34 | 10 |
Fase1 | 05:35 | 11 |
Fase1 | 05:38 | 15 |
Fase1 | 05:39 | 17 |
Fase2 | 05:35 | 5 |
Fase2 | 05:36 | 7 |
Fase3 | 05:33 | 15 |
Fase3 | 05:34 | 16 |
Fase3 | 05:35 | 18 |
Fase3 | 05:36 | 20 |
Fase3 | 05:37 | 22 |
Fase3 | 05:38 | 23 |
Fase3 | 05:39 | 24 |
This is a comulative table, I need to create a pivot table that shows either of these two options:
1. The max comon Acum for each fase:
Fase | Time | Acum |
---|---|---|
Fase1 | 05:35 | 11 |
Fase2 | 05:35 | 5 |
Fase3 | 05:35 | 18 |
TOTAL | 34 |
*The dimension 'Time' doesn't need to be present in the pivot table
2. The Acum of the max Time for each Fase:
Fase | Time | Acum |
---|---|---|
Fase1 | 05:39 | 17 |
Fase2 | 05:36 | 7 |
Fase3 | 05:39 | 24 |
TOTAL | 48 |
*The dimension 'Time' doesn't need to be present in the pivot table
I managed to implement the 2nd option, however the 'TOTAL' would show me the max value (24) instead of the sum of the three, so the aggregation should be sum for it to work.
Please let me know if anyona has any ideas on how to implement either option.... very much appreciated.
