Comparison with value with a different string

'D' in the expression is a String and I must be have values different  the ‘D’ on RA_SITFOLH

You should be able to use either

=count({$<ANO_ADMISSÃO={"*"},MES_ADMISSÃO={"*"}, RA_SITFOLH={"=RA_SITFOLH<>'D' "}>}  RA_MAT)

or

=count({$<ANO_ADMISSÃO={"*"},MES_ADMISSÃO={"*"}, RA_SITFOLH -={'D'}>}  RA_MAT)
