Concat conditional exclude

Hi,

I have sample data set with tasks issued for teams and task completed by teams.

There is an expiry date for Tasks, if an expire date is present then the task can be ignored.

 

I need to concat the tasks that are completed into Concat_Complete column.

I need to concat the tasks that are not completed into Concat_InComplete column.

 

How to do this in a Table Chart.
