Condition (List Box)

I have a List box with year (2010, 2011 and 2012) field values.

The condition I want here is that at anytime minimum one field value from the year field should always be selected. The user can manually select more than one value for comparison. Once they clear their selection it should go back to min one selection (vcurrentyear) which is 2012.

u can have an action like upon activation of that sheet have selection of say year 2012
