Conditional formatting

I want to format some figures in red in column 1, especially when they are smaller that the corresponding figure in column 2.

However, I notice that in Qlikview the numbers are coloured red in colum 1, when they are smaller then the total figure in column 2, which is not the purpose.

How can I solve this ?

Could you post a app or more information?

What kind of object are you using?

No idea, but have a look at the attached example. Click on the + sign in front of the first expression and select Text Color to look at the expression used for the text color.

hi peter,

you can take those values in expression and after creating those values in expression you will find an option of background colour on right click on expression. there you can compare values to get red colour.
