Conditional selection in list boxes

Hi Experts ,

I have a requirement where I have to select values in list boxes based on the type of selection in the multibox .

A button/text object should do the action of selecting values in these list boxes .

Scenario 1 :

Country view is selected ->

Action : All the countries should get selected on click of button/text box .

Scenario 2 :

City View is selected ->

Action : All the Countries and cities should get selected .

Is this possible without modifying the script ?

The requirement was of a single button for selecting city/country , hence marking Jyotish's answer as correct .
