I don't think that is it possible, as, the Cognos cube files are not readable without Cognos tools.
But, you can take the queries used in Transformer to generate the cube and use them in your QV script.
And, as Transformer links the datasources with the name of the column, it will be easy to reproduce the identical datamodel.
This solution needs some work (and lot of work if your cube is complex) and maintenance will not be easiest.
If someone knows another solution, I'm interrested.
