Hi all,
I'm a BA tester and QV user.
We're running version 11.0 SR2, and when I use the context help question mark on the tool bar I get an error message that says "QlikOcx Failed to Launch help".
The odd things is that it only returns this message when i try to get info on the bookmarks and Menu icons, all the other icons jump right ot the help section (i.e. "Current Selections, Lock and Unlock icons, etc...).
At one time this used to work in QA then some changes were made and now it doesnt work, this is being seen on all our dashboards.
Any thoughts???????? are greatly appreciated!
