Convert the time in string format to hour, minutes and seconds

I have a time column in the attached file. I would love to break it down to hour, minutes and seconds

Try like this .

Timestamp(Time , 'hh') as Hours,
Timestamp(Time , 'mm') as Mins,
Timestamp(Time , 'ss') as Seconds
