ConvertToLocalTime issue

I have this expression:

=ConvertToLocalTime('1/1/2010 2:00:00 AM', 'GMT-08:00') & '\n' &
ConvertToLocalTime('1/1/2010 2:00:00 AM', 'Pacific Time (US & Canada)')

The result is:

GMT-08:00?\n12/31/2009 6:00:00 PM

What's wrong with using 'GMT-08:00' as a place parameter?

Nick,

I copied and pasted your expression into a text box in my QlikView, and I got the expected result (two identical lines). I'm using QlikView 9.00 7427.8 SR3 , 32-bit, on Windows XP.

I did it in on my work PC. It works there as well. It has the same QV version on Win Server 2008 EE. I think this is a bug for Windows Seven.
