Converting ISO Week to US Week Start and end in Year

I found this formula in another post:

1+ceil((payrolldate-floor(weekend(yearstart(payrolldate),0)))/7)

For some reason I am still getting data in week 53 for 2011 when nothing is selected. When I select week 53 this data disappears.

Anyone have any ideas why?
