Copy sheet from one application to another

Apologies - this question has been asked before ... but not for some time.

I use version 11 - is there a neat way to copy a sheet in its entirety to anothe QV application?

I appreciate individual objects can be copied, but this is hard work !

Thanks

Thanks to all for your info.

I think Manish means:

CTRL + A (select all on sheet)

then

CTRL + C (copy)

then

CTRL + V (paste into the new location)
