Count Between 2 intervals in 2 dates

Hellow,

In my Qvd i have data for 8 days. I built a table like this one.

eard	Last Week	Today	%
1
2
3
4

I want to show in the table in the column Today the count of the last 3 hour and to compare to last week same 3 hours without any selections.

Any help will be appreciated.
