Create weeks from month table

Hi

I have this table, with from_Date and to_Date to control the rates, but I want to control the rates per week, so I want to create and ID for each week and then can control the revenues making the same ID (Year(date)&'-'&Week(date))

ItemId        Proveedor_Tarifa  Row    From_D                To_D                rate                 
21129481  PROV00026             1           18/03/2020          23/03/2020    0,82
21129481  PROV00026             2           24/03/2020          26/04/2020   0 ,71
21129481  PROV00026             3           27/04/2020          31/12/2020    0,72

any Idea how to do that, Imagine the table show has many items not only one 😉
