Creating Dashboard with circle indicators

Hi All,

I have seen some sample dashboards and in that one main page have circle kind of health indicator & Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4.

I also tried with some images but its not working properly.

How can i create those kind of dashboards and circle filled with color based on percentage?

I 've attached same image and i want to create same as attached one.
