Creating a Bar chart using a report table

We have an application, where we have a report in the form of a table. We need to create a Bar chart using the data in that table.

Report table looks like as attached. We need to show a bar chart with Month as Dimension & the MTBF values.

MTBF values are achieved using a calculation.
