Creating a pivot table with a variable across the columns

I'm trying to create a pivot table with two variables down the left had side and one across the top row.  I can't figure out how to convert the 3rd variable from a single column to a column header with separte data.

What I'm getting looks like this:

CallTypeCallDetailDateCount
InboundAnswered8/1/1125
InboundAnswered8/2/1127
InboundAnswered8/3/1130

What I want is below:

CallTypeCallDetail8/1/118/2/118/3/11
InboundAnswered252730
InboundMissed352
OutboundNo Answer341216
OutboundConfirmed455641
OutboundBad Phone Number246

Thanks!

You have to click on the header of Date and drag the Date dimension to the right corner. A blue horizontal arrow will appear.

Do you know how to do a similar calculation but using a Straight Table?
