Creating a pivot table with a variable across the columns

I'm trying to create a pivot table with two variables down the left had side and one across the top row.  I can't figure out how to convert the 3rd variable from a single column to a column header with separte data. 

What I'm getting looks like this:

CallType	CallDetail	Date	Count
Inbound	Answered	8/1/11	25
Inbound	Answered	8/2/11	27
Inbound	Answered	8/3/11	30

What I want is below:

CallType	CallDetail	8/1/11	8/2/11	8/3/11
Inbound	Answered	25	27	30
Inbound	Missed	3	5	2
Outbound	No Answer	34	12	16
Outbound	Confirmed	45	56	41
Outbound	Bad Phone Number	2	4	6

You have to click on the header of Date and drag the Date dimension to the right corner. A blue horizontal arrow will appear.

Do you know how to do a similar calculation but using a Straight Table?
