Creating number scheme for Storytelling View

‌Hi all,

What is the best way to insert text into a shape and recreate that combination of shape/text easily. I'm having trouble making multiple copies of this accurately with the same shape size and text size. What I'm trying to do is create a number scheme for all my different graphs.  See image below
