Creating one chart with two sources

I have actual sales from weeks before in sheet 1 of the excel spreadsheet and I have forecast for the next 20 weeks in the excel spreadsheet. I want to create a line graph that shows me 4 weeks of actual sales from current week and 13 weeks of future forecast.

So if current week was 201410, I want to see a line graph that shows me sales for 201409,201408, 201407, 201406.

Then I want the line to continue into the forecast... so it should show the forecast for weeks 201410 all the way until 201422.

Please see my QVW example.

This looks okay so far. Let me try with my data set.

Is there anyway we could connect the actual sales line and forecast line?
