Cross Table Concpet

Hi Guys,

I am Performing Cross Table and my Data is getting Multiplied and I know this will happen..

I want to know how I can handle this?

I have Target data in row form, I changed it to Column with the help of cross table. Now Month Frequency is 386 for all 12 month,

Available targets are State and Month wise Target and I have to link with the help of State to One master Table, but how I can link it with Calender?

Hey guyz thanks for the revert...but this is something m already doing.. I want to know Records are Repeating when I will join it to meet my requirement than Total Number of records will Multiply and will give me wrong result..

need solution like record should not multiply that's why want to know how I can do it.
