Have you got a field that contains these team splits? If so it's relatively simple!
If you create your two buttons or textboxes, then under actions add an action type of 'Selection' and the Action of 'Select in Field' - select the field that holds your teams, and if you want 1, 2 and 3 type in (1|2|3) - this will select those 3 values from that field.
Likewise set your other button to select the other 3.
