Custom Totals Labels

Hi,

I have the following report:

Brand Name	SKU Type	SKU	SKU Description	Sep 13 - MTD Sales	Sep 12 - MTD Sales	Growth
First Class	Focus	FC40113	First Class Taser	$6,903	$8,906	-22.5%
First Class	Focus	FC40114	First Class Pepper Spray	$40,997	$33,065	24.0%
First Class	Focus	FC50120	First Class Knuckle Dusters	$48,235	$60,290	-20.0%
First Class	Focus	FC50121	First Class Pet Shampoo	$4,453	$2,889	54.1%
First Class	Focus	Total		$100,587	$105,151	-4.3%
First Class	Other	Other	Other	$88,451	$105,322	-16.0%
First Class	Other	Total		$88,451	$105,322	-16.0%
First Class	Total			$189,038	$210,473	-10.2%

I want to create custom subtotals so it appears as below:

Brand Name	SKU Type	SKU	SKU Description	Sep 13 - MTD Sales	Sep 12 - MTD Sales	Growth
First Class	Focus	FC40113	First Class Taser	$6,903	$8,906	-22.5%
First Class	Focus	FC40114	First Class Pepper Spray	$40,997	$33,065	24.0%

Is there a formula I can add to the Presentation tab under "Labels for Totals" that will do this?

Hi David,

If you are using pivot table then you can use partial sum in presentation tab.

I am using "show partial sums" but I need a formula to be able to insert the value in the "SKU Type" column into the total in the SKU column

This is a simple version, I want the total under SKU to say =[SKU Type] & ' Total' but this doesnt work

Sorry to say but i dont think that you can attach dimension values with total as label
