Custom User

I am trying to open QMC and Access point using custom users credential.

However it is not opening. I have created one custom user and assigned Named CAL to that user

Can anyone please let me know if and need to do more setting to open QMC and Access point using Custom User.

Hi

The user that you want to acces to the qmc , have to be in the QLIKVIEW ADMINISTRATOR group in group of windows

Are you including the prefix when entering the userid in the login screen?

QMC security is strictly Windows/AD-based. To Windows, Custom Users don't exist. They only exist for QlikView.

You can define and use Custom Users in the AccessPoint and to access QlikView server documents, on condition that you have an Enterprise Edition server license, and your server has been switched to DMS-mode. Are those requirements met?
