DSC & QVWS not running in QMC

Hi All,

I have an issue in QMC, two services DSC and QVWS are not running.

I have restarted the Server and Services but till now 2 services are down.

please check service acount user. are they in local administration group?

is the password correct? for service account user it is better to uncheck day time limit for change password
