Dashboard Reload

HI,

i have a dashboard that reload every 5 min aoutomatic.

the dashboard is a call dashboard and we see it on a TV screen.

the problem-

if im not selecting or choosing somthing the screen not refreshing aoutomaticly.

only if im choosing something i can see the refreshed data.

what can i do?
