I need to find out the recency( the number of months since last purchase of a customer) on a monthly basis. What i have to do currently is write all the conditions in the qvw and reload it repeatedly. Is there any other method by which this can be done? For example,
suppose I want to find out the recency of a customer till Jan '13. The main ask here is to find out the activity of the customer till then, based upon which I wish to put them in different segments.
