Data insertion into QVD by external system

Is it possible to insert records in QVD's Using Oracle Database procedures or any otherETL tool? If yes, please suggest.

No. QVDs must be rewritten in their entirety each time.

V10 introduces the QVX format which is similar to a QVD. QVX is an open format so you create and update QVX with your own non-Qlikview code.
