Data loaded correctly? Showing on GUI, not in Table_viewer

Hi,

I have a strange phenomenon:

- There used to be a LOAD from an Excel table with a subsequent RESIDENT LOAD with a lot of formulas inside.

=> Yesterday I noticed we were now using that in at least two apps, so we could avoid an unnecessary potential for errors just by
loading that Excel file once and storing it as a qvd.

- Now I have a qvd file I can load from - but there is one strange thing (which, however, is not due to that qvd-storing-thing, it is the
same in the original crosstab LOAD)

=> There is one calculated field "Shift", which is generated using SUBFIELD. That should show either 1 or 2 in each row.

=> Those values show up correctly in a listbox when I put one on the GUI <=> they do not show up correctly (there is a "-" in each
      row) in the table_viewer.

Can anyone shed some light on this? I just want to be sure whether or not I ought to worry about that LOAD...

Thanks a lot!

Best regards,
