I found that the cost for the book in Google play is very cheap - approx AUD $20. So I will suggest to buy it from there and so that you can download the code from the legal site without any fear.
Hi, if you log into (even without a subscription) the following page of the publishers site https://www.packtpub.com/support/errata you will be able to search for the book by title "qlikview 11 for developers" and will have a functional link named "Download code & files" where you may download it. If you browse anonymously the link does not work. I hope this helps. 👌
