Debts for more then 6 months(urgent)

Need to calculate amount of sundry debtors but for those having period more then 6 months and year as dimension in chart.

how can i crack this?????

hi,

Put a conditon in the Year Dimension as below

If((SundaryDate-today() ) >180,Year)

And enable suppress null value.

Hello,

Take Year as Dimension and put your expression as

Sum({<Datefield={">$(=AddMonths(Date(Max(Datefield),'DD/MM/YYYY'),-6))"}>} SundryDebtors)

but i dont have any date field have year and month only and link date which is linked to calender

How are you getting Year, Month fields. Ok Ok i think you need to use link date. Otherwise can you please attach sample file with data.

You can create the date as follows..

if your yeamonth = 201009

then

makedate(Left(yearmonth,4),right(yearmonth,2))...
