Default slections to select multiple values in multi box in qlikview

Hi,

I have one inline load field called %dimgeo

In that field values are

Region

Country

State

City

I was taken one multi box which is called as above field %dimgeo

Here if user open the report /dashboard default selections should appear with 2 selections at a time

Country and Region

Can you anyone please suggest/help on this.

It's really very urgent

Here actually I used open trigger with this exp :

='' Country|Region'

In this only one selection is coming for me
