Design Toolbar on dashboard

Hi all

Please help me to add attached design tool bar above the dashboardDesigntoolbar.png

Isn't that the default bar all apps have when opened on the Access Point?

In the Ajax client, there is no Design toolbar because you create (server) objects in a different way. See the rightmousebutton menu->New Sheet Object or click the + icon in the toolbar.
