Difference in Data in Listbox and Barchart with Trellis

I am having a listbox with dimension ‘UserName’ under which there are 14 names as data . I am having a Barchart with Trellis in which I am using the same dimension but able to see only 9 names with bar chart and not able to see the rest of them. Can you please advise on what could be the possible reasons.
It could be that your expression returned no results for some UserNames. Further have a look on the grid-options from your trellis maybe you need to adjust them to see all dimension-values. Make a copy from your chart and turn the type to a table-chart and you will better see which values will be returned.

Thank you for replying. After reading your reply, I did get an idea on which ares to focus on while troubleshooting. My expression is returning no results for some usernames. I am still trying to figure out why only some particular usernames. Will get back to you if need further help.
