Different popup for different expression, in waterfall model

Can we have a different pop up for different expressions in waterfall model ? Or is there any workaround to do the same ?

Hi Manuel,

I want something like this:

if I use dual() then the value on data point will not be just 308, it will give me everything I write for a pop up.

like this:

I cannot open your qvw now, Ill check this and let you know in an hour.

Else, if possible can you please post a screenshot of your graph with pop up ?

Hi Varsha,

As a work around, you can create two identical charts. One with proper expresion and enable value at data point and one duplicate using dual function and disable value at data point in that chart and superimpose each other.

This might be tough, but could be a work around.

Hi Varsha, try this solution.

I have duplicated the expression, and I have changed all expressions with only 1 expression and 1 dimension, using pick for calculate each expression. Check all options please.

I have done this using pick match only ,making it one exp, alot of if else. So I just wanted to avoid this.

Also, I have to then write big expressions for offset, background and everything.

But, if I don't get anything else then I will keep my application the way it is.

Sorry, but I don't want to duplicate it.

I cannot open your app, Using P.E for now.

But this is what I have done. PFA the qvw.

Can you please let me know if this is exactly what you have done in your app.

Hi Varsha,

This is the only way that I know to do it if you want to show different pop-ups of the value shown on chart and with only one chart.

Regards!!

Hi Manuel,

I think that this is the only solution we have for now (pick(match)).

So, I will keep my application, the way it is.

Thanks a lot!!
