Dimension limit total along with expression total

Is there a possibility to get dimension limit total on a staright table ?

ex: if i have selected dimension limits > show only >  lagest 10

i want to see total for top 10 and also expression total ... is this a possible scenario ?

it is possible to get to both totals but the question really is where/how do you want to display them?

there's only room for one number.....

In my case, that's the problem. The user needs to see the subtotal and the total. The subtotal would show the top 10 values and the total, the complete expression...

Thankyou for your time, i did the same when user wanted to control the top list in a pivot table. but this is different from the issue listed here. i prefer not to go with calculated dimensions as they are not cached in memory.
