Dimensionality() ?

Hi all,

i am working on a Pivot Table where is am listing students per teacher. So the first dimension is [Teacher Name] and the second dimension is [Student Name].

The chart has three expressions: 1st: The score for the current exam; 2nd: the score for the previous exam. 3rd: a color indicator, which is green if 1st > 2nd.

What i want now is for each [Teacher Name] (preferably in a sub total line) to show the % of students that performed better in the current exam compared to the previous exam.

Is this possible ?

Thanks for some help!

K

Hi,

Please post some sample data and sample output which is required.

I added a QV sample. Hope, the required output is clear now.

In the TOTALS row of the column "delta" i want a "Yes" if more than 60% of students for this teacher has improved; "No" if the number of students <= 60%.

Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot! This already helps a bit.

Unfortunately in my real app this approach does not work - and so far i couldnt get it to work.

I assume this is because i am using some more complex expressions to calculate [current score] and [previous score].

I extended my example for the original post and attched it to this reply - would you have another look ?

Thanks a lot!
