Display expression as POP-UP Problem

Hello everyone;
I have a problem with the QlikView.
I have an expression I want to display it as pop-up in a bar chart.

In addition, I fired at the presentation tab "Pop-up labels".

Locally (at my QlikView file) pop-up displays only phrase I added.
The problem is that at the server level (qliçkview display on a portal), the pop-up is not displayed. And if I checked at the presentation tab "Pop-up labels", it works at the server level. Which displays labels what is useless.
Is there a solution for this problem?
