Parallel coordinates chart without values and just textcounts

Hi

I am trying to create a visual for the mapping between different databases and would like to show the percentage of records taken from one server and all the databases (8 or 9) and how these are mapped/or not mapped to the second server and the databases (again 8 or 9) contained in the second server.

How do I create a chart/parallel coordinates chart to show this mapping between the servers and the different table names?

this document has a parallel coordinates chart, is tricky to pull of but it sure looks nice
