Display last value in range instead of total

Hi All,

I have a pivot table that represents number of donors by segment and month (see the attachment).

On this pivot table for Active donors in total I want to display the last Month Value instead of total.

Is it possible?  Please Help.

You have only 2016 and 2017 data. How will you get Current and Last Year Data

Hi Anil,

These are Fiscal years that start in April and end in March.

I removed 2015 data as the file is too big.

If it would help you I can add and to send it again.

Hi Vineeth.

It looks like it displaying numbers for November.

What I am looking is that for active donors in total it will display the last Month data for specific Fiscal year.

For example for current year it will be July, for last year it will be March.
