Display zero in bar chart

How can I display zero values in Bar Chart?

  Type           Project     Indicator

  Central            A         Finished

  Infra                B         Unfinished

  Development   C         Finished

I would like to show a bar chart illustrating three different bars, based on their type (Central, Infrastructure, Development), showing the number of projects that have been finished. And for those who have not finished, I would like to show the value zero in the bar. For example:

            Central ---------------- 1

            Infra     ---------------- 0

Development    ---------------- 1

Thank you!

Try un-checking 'Suppress Null Values' on the presentation tab of your chart properties.
