Displaying further details on Selecting an item on Chart
In any chart, if the user clicks on a specific Value all the charts get filtered by that specific Dimension in QlikView. Instead of this, is it possible to display further details related to that Dimension (as a pop-up or in a seperate table) when the user clicks on a specific value (same as the way SpotFire works).
That's the way QlikView works as part of its Associative Logic. You can show the state of the document (all the selections you have done) using the Current Selections Box right clicking on any empty space of your report, New object. That will show the name of the field and the values selected for that field.
You can detach and object to make it keep the state when it was detached, and you can use set analysis as well to make a chart irrespective of the possible selections.
