Distribute PDF reports based on data reduction in management console

Hi,

I want to distribute pdf reports to users based on section access or some fields.

For example

Mail IdSBUGeoLOB
ABC@cmpny.comBFSIAllAll
DEF@cmpny.comENUAllAll
XYZ@cmpny.comGovernmentAllAll
MNC@cmpny.comGMTAllAll
REF@cmpny.comHLSAllAll
OCD@cmpny.comManufacturingAllAll

suppose for ABC@cmpny.com should get only SBU (BFSI) ,all Geo,LOB data in pdf reports.

Kindly help me .
