It's related to DOC CALs, In QV server its showing DOC CAL Assigned but some time its not assigned to the user and showing error while opening the document "Access denied! The server (QVS) has no USER CAL for your account Please contact your system administrator!"
For better understanding I have attached the Screen Print with this mail.
After restart the QV services its get solved temporarily, in last 15 days its happed 3rd time.
