I am looking for information about document (qvw files ) compatibility but cannot find anything useful.
Are documents generally compatible with newer versions as long as new features are not used? E.g. is is generally possible to open a document created in QV 11 in QV 10 or even QV 9? Will QV detect incompatibility automatically and give an error or what is likely to happen if the document is not compatible. I assume that document are forward compatible, i.e. document created in QV 10 can be opened in QV 11 without modification.
